SYNOPSIS:

Join us for the November 2023 MALSP meeting, which will be an eDiscovery Share Forum. We will be discussing survey results from this year to past years' results. The share forum will include topics on:

  • Impact and predictions on Gen AI in eDiscovery
  • Work/life balance for eDiscovery professionals
  • Current and anticipated challenges for eDiscovery teams

Sean is a director in KPMG’s Forensic Technology practice with more than 20 years of experience leading client delivery teams and technology projects. In his role, Sean oversees KPMG’s document review services operations and is responsible for developing new service offerings that leverage KPMG’s experience, industry, and technology expertise to align with the needs of our clients.


Mark Burns, Associate Director Legal Technical Operations, Boston Scientific


Mark Burns is an Associate Director in the Legal Operations group at Boston Scientific Corporation. Mr. Burns is responsible for the eDiscovery team which manages the identification, preservation, collection, processing, and review of data for product liability, IP and employment litigation; government investigations; and other corporate litigation disputes. He also manages the Legal Technical Operations team which is responsible for bringing new technology, including software, AI, and RPA Projects, to identify need and gaps in current processes and find solutions to create efficiencies and cost savings.
