Today's eDiscovery digital ecosystem is more complex than ever before. With multiple stakeholders, including in-house counsel, outside counsel, numerous hosting platforms, and vendors creating more data, a digital ecosystem strategy is necessary. Join us for a beginning look at how organizations approach this unique opportunity to gather, manage, share, and use action-purposed data.

Seth Magaw – CEDS, IGP

With over two decades in the eDiscovery industry, Seth Magaw has committed his career to driving service delivery and enhancing customer experience. As the Director of eDiscovery Services at Ricoh Americas Corporation, Seth has spent the last seven years blending technology and people, creating innovative strategies to optimize process and client success. His passion is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction through tangible results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University, an Executive Management & Leadership certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and a Graduate Certification in Accounting & Financial Decision Making from D’Amore-McKim School of Business.


Seth has also spoken as a subject matter expert at many eDiscovery events, which include the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, the University of New Orleans Paralegal Program, the ILTA Statewide Meeting for Ohio Litigation Support Professionals, the Technology in Practice Conference in Toronto, CA, Legal Week and Relativity Fest.
