SYNOPSIS:

A plethora of innovative technologies and workflows have taken the eDiscovery world by storm over the past couple of years. But for many, the barriers to use something new are still very high – worries about everything from potential privilege waivers, costs and burdens tied to amending ESI protocols and seeking court approvals, to fundamental issues of cost and trust all present real challenges. Given those barriers, how to you find ways to start leveraging these innovations? This panel discussion highlights recent success stories and how eDiscovery professionals can find easier entry-points to try new technologies and workflows.
