As Vice President, John focuses on developing integrated partnerships with law firms and corporations to manage fast-moving, complex litigation and investigations. John has overseen some of the company’s most complex engagements including global anti-trust investigations from both US and EU institutions, FCPA investigations, and large complex class actions.


Joel Bothof, eDiscovery Senior Manager, CBRE

Joel is a eDiscovery Senior Manager with over twenty years of experience.  In his current role at CBRE, Joel is responsible for implementing the company's eDiscovery program and overseeing the process, from preservation to production. He works closely with legal teams, IT department, and external vendors to ensure that CBRE's eDiscovery process is efficient, defensible, and cost effective.

Dayna is DaVita’s Strategic eDiscovery leader and Enterprise Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Dayna provides end-to-end guidance on litigation readiness, discovery strategy, and regulatory compliance for complex, high-stakes matters across multiple business lines. Dayna responsibilities include directing ESI preservation and collection, managing legal hold processes, and leading a high-performing team of project managers, collection specialists, and legal hold experts.
