As a Director in KPMG's Forensic Technology practice, Sean draws on over two decades of experience to guide client delivery teams and navigate technology projects. His role includes leading the operations of KPMG's document review services and contributing to the development of new service offerings that align with the needs of his clients.

Mark Burns, Associate Director Legal Technical Operations, Boston Scientific

Mark Burns is an Associate Director in the Legal Operations group at Boston Scientific Corporation. Mr. Burns is responsible for the eDiscovery team which manages the identification, preservation, collection, processing, and review of data for product liability, IP and employment litigation; government investigations; and other corporate litigation disputes. He also manages the Legal Technical Operations team which is responsible for bringing new technology, including software, AI, and RPA Projects, to identify need and gaps in current processes and find solutions to create efficiencies and cost savings.
